Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by the website administrator (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). All registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article (Application)

1. These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and us regarding the use of the Service.
2. In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules and provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") concerning the use of the Service. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their titles, shall constitute a part of these Terms.

Article (User Registration)

1. Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration using the method specified by us, and we notify the applicant of our approval.
2. We may not approve an application for registration if we determine that the applicant falls under any of the following, and we shall not be obligated to disclose the reasons:
   1. If the applicant has provided false information during the registration process.
   2. If the application is from someone who has previously violated these Terms.
   3. Other cases where we deem the registration inappropriate.

Article (Management of User ID and Password)

1. Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility.
2. Under no circumstances may Users transfer or lend their User ID and password to a third party, or share them with a third party. We consider all logins using a combination of User ID and password that matches the registered information to be use by the User who registered that User ID.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the User ID and password by a third party, unless we are intentionally or grossly negligent.

Article (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Acts related to criminal activities.
3. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of our or third parties' servers or networks.
4. Acts that may interfere with the operation of our services.
5. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other Users.
6. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof.
7. Impersonating other Users.
8. Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces in connection with our services.
9. Infringing intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of us, other Users, or third parties.
10. Posting or transmitting content on the Service that includes or is judged by us to include the following expressions:
    1. Overly violent expressions.
    2. Explicit sexual expressions.
    3. Expressions that lead to discrimination based on race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, family origin, etc.
    4. Expressions that induce or encourage suicide, self-harm, or drug abuse.
    5. Other antisocial content that causes discomfort to others.
11. Acts for the purpose or judged by us to be for the purpose of:
    1. Business activities, advertising, promotion, solicitation, or other profit-making activities (except those approved by us).
    2. Seeking sexual conduct or obscene acts.
    3. Meeting or dating unacquainted individuals of the opposite sex.
    4. Harassing or defaming other Users.
    5. Causing disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to us, other Users, or third parties.
    6. Using the Service for purposes other than those intended by the Service.
12. Religious activities or solicitation to religious groups.
13. Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article (Suspension of Service)

1. We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if we determine any of the following reasons exist:
   1. When performing maintenance or updates on the computer system related to the Service.
   2. If the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disasters.
   3. If computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident.
   4. Other cases where we determine that the provision of the Service is difficult.
2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

Article (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Users may only post or upload information such as text, images, or videos on the Service if they own the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained permission from the relevant rights holders.
2. Copyrights of text, images, videos, etc., posted or uploaded by Users on the Service shall remain with the Users or existing rights holders. However, we may use such content to the extent necessary for improvement, quality enhancement, correction of deficiencies, and publicity of the Service, and Users shall not exercise moral rights of authors regarding such use.
3. Except as provided in the preceding paragraph, all intellectual property rights related to the Service and all information associated with the Service belong to us or rights holders who have granted us permission to use them. Users shall not reproduce, transfer, lend, translate, modify, reprint, publicly transmit (including making transmittable), transmit, distribute, publish, or use them for business without permission.

Article (Usage Restrictions and Deregistration)

1. We may, without prior notice, delete posted data, restrict the use of all or part of the Service, or deregister the User if the User falls under any of the following:
   1. If the User violates any provision of these Terms.
   2. If it is found that there is false information in the registered details.
   3. If the credit card reported as a payment method by the User is suspended.
   4. If there is a default in payment obligations such as fees.
   5. If there is no response from the User for a certain period to communications from us.
   6. If the User has not used the Service for a certain period since the last use.
   7. Other cases where we deem the use of the Service by the User inappropriate.
2. If any of the items in the preceding paragraph apply, the User shall automatically lose the benefit of time for all obligations to us and must immediately pay all such obligations in full.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of actions taken by us under this Article.

Article (Withdrawal)

Users may withdraw from the Service using the withdrawal procedures specified by us.

Article (Disclaimer and Warranty)

1. We make no explicit or implicit warranties that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, or infringements related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.).
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from the Service unless such damages are caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence. However, if the contract between the User and us regarding the Service (including these Terms) is a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption does not apply.
3. Even in the case specified in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where we or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damages) resulting from our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in default or tort. Moreover, compensation for damages incurred by the User due to our negligence (excluding gross negligence) in default or tort shall be limited to the amount of usage fees received from the User in the month when such damages occurred.
4. We shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between the User and other Users or third parties in relation to the Service.

Article (Changes to Service Content)

We may, upon prior notice to the User, change, add, or discontinue the content of the Service, and the User agrees to this.

Article (Modification of Terms of Service)

1. We may change these Terms without obtaining individual consent from the User in the following cases:
   1. When the change to the Terms is in the general interest of the User.
   2. When the change to the Terms does not contradict the purpose of the usage contract and is reasonable considering the necessity of the change, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances related to the change.
2. In changing these Terms under the preceding paragraph, we will notify the User in advance of the changes to the Terms, the content after the change, and the effective date.

Article (Handling of Personal Information)

We will appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".

Article (Notices or Communications)

Notices or communications between the User and us shall be made by the methods specified by us. If the User has not registered contact information, or if we do not have an effective means to contact the User, we may provide notices or communications through announcements on the Service or by other appropriate methods, and these shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of transmission.

Article (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Users may not assign or pledge to a third party their contractual status or rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from us.

Article (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
